What are the main preferences for you that make an anime girl sexy?
Generally its proportions more than anything, but cleavage, thighhighs or an exposed midriff greatly helps.
Also even though I draw with a cartooney cel-shaded look, I prefer more 3D, painterly styles, like that chun-li from the other day:
Just look at how “solid” and believable her stomach looks mmmmmm. And yet overall it’s still cute and stylised and manages to maintain a certain element of cartooney/idealised proportions, especially facially, which is not realistic in much capacity at all.
As an extra thing, I usually like something inbetween unrealistic circle boobs and totally realistic boobs. Like my preference of size is much bigger on animu than it is in real life, since animu boobs get away with being perfect shape at all times regardless of size. As an odd thing, what looks perfectly normal and sexy to me in real life (like the way my preference of RL boobs tend to go near-completely flat when a girl is lying on her back) looks unattractive to me in anime and needs a bit of exaggeration or gravity-defying to look appealing artistically. Not TOO much, just enough that it doesn’t tip the scales of believability.
It might be easier to list the things that turn me off though:
When really curvy characters with a good bit of meat on their legs are given a thighgap. What is so unsexy about legs touching a bit or not seeing the vagoo area? And when a thigh gap looks fine, it can be ruined by them insisting on drawing the buttcheeks hanging down out back even if you wouldn’t see it at that angle. Unfortunately the pic above is actually an example of this, for shame.
Obviously my weird inexplicable dislike of buttons and nostrils makes me extra fussy over anything containing them. Only a golden few have made it into my animu folder due to excelling in other areas.
Anything where the girl is made to look overly innocent or even scared/unhappy to be in a sexual/pin-uppy state. Comes across as unnervingly rapey and idealises the idea of having sex with someone who hasn’t had sex before too much for my liking.
Uhh… I should get on with productive things before I spend like half an hour writing an essay lol.

Okay Nintendo I love Streetpass Plaza but
- Give us a pink piece to start with on new puzzles, if everyone in my area got blue pieces how the hell am I supposed to finish it
- Alternatively let us buy Pink pieces with Play Coins for a high price
- Make encounters with online players count as proper streetpasses we don’t all live in cities
- Let us re-order Miis before entering Streetpass Quest (Find Mii) because having several high level people in a row before your white Mii to brighten a dark room is very annoying

Still slowly making my way through replaying BioShock Infinite. I don’t know whether it’s the fact that I’m playing on Easy or the fact that I know how long each area is now, but I’m getting what I like to call the “Ravenholm” effect here, a term I coined for personal usage after being surprised how short Ravenholm in HL2 is once you know where to go, compared to how long and horrifyingly intimidating it is first time. Hall of Heroes for example I remember dragging on but it really wasn’t that long at all this time.
ALSO I figured why not get an achievement or two, and as such have been putting all my Upgrades into Salt Capacity to get the one for fully upgrading a particular thing.
If you ever decide to play again DO THIS like holy shit. The combat is like twice as fun when you’re not rationing your vigors all the time.
Tagging this as non-spoiler to give the advice to first time players too. Like depending on difficulty you’ll want to put some into Health and Shield too but focus on Salts for sure if you want fun gameplay.

This song already has a bit of a dark mood to it, it being originally a Shadow stage, but this mix adds another layer onto that. The only consistent sound we get is from the drums—a constant groove happening in the background, while the rest of the track comes and goes in sporadic intervals. There’s a eerie sort of padding that provides some of the bridge changes, while a heavily processed guitar (or is it synth in this? It might as well be) provides the riff that we most associate from the track. All of the effects that are being used make a great effect for the mix, making it a lot darker and edgier than its original incarnation. If only Shadow were in this stage!
Still don’t understand the widespread dislike for this mix. It’s nothing amazing but it really captures the feel of an abandoned highway at night, far far away from the lively part of the city - as the stage looks in the 3DS version.
